Professional Communities of Practice (PCOP) increase connection, collaboration, commitment, and shared development. They are groups of associates who share career goals and/or educational backgrounds. Working as a community of practice provides clinicians with a forum for sharing ideas, while also creating value for the organization through improved patient and member outcomes. PCOPs help companies create the ideal environment for clinicians, establishing a framework for programs from recruiting, to onboarding, to continuing education. Networking and communication are crucial components of PCOPs, as they are the tools clinicians use to keep each other informed and create transparency across the organization.

Qualifications
Role Essentials
Bachelorâs Degree
Prior experience in a fast paced insurance or health care setting
Computer literate (MS Word, Power Point, Excel). Proven analytical skills, spreadsheet modeling and database development.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
! Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong relationship building skills
Role Desirables
Graduate degree preferred
Knowledge of Humanaâs internal policies, procedures and systems.
