Flexible Pharmacy Servic! es is a small, but solid and growing pharmacy staffing company, based in Louisville, KY. In business since 2002, we provide pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to pharmacies in Kentucky, Indiana and all over the U.S. We are looking for self-driven, experienced staff to help take us to the "next level" in pharmacy staffing!
Position Details:
- Part-time, up to full-time possible
- Kid-friendly schedule
- Virtual Work possible. Typical new hire works in home office with business-owner, until trained, then more from home than office.
- laptop provided, if needed
- Scan for potential jobs and new clients
- Post jobs onto Company Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track and classify all applicants
- Contact References of Applicant and input reference check results into system
- Develop good relationships with Client Hiring Managers
- Develop good relationships ! with FPS Employees, pharmacy school career development-types t! o gain referrals
- Use Social Media appropriately as a recruiting tool
- Coordinate Activities with Company hiring manager and Client hiring manager for successful hire
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance when needed
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word (Word Merges)
- Some experience with online collaboration
- Good Internet connection at home
- Phone with unlimited minutes/texts
- High School Graduate / Diploma is a minimum
- Experience in Recruiting for a Staffing Company, rated as a high-performer
- Experience working for a healthcare or pharmacy staffing company, or actually working in a pharmacy)
- Experience actually working in a pharmacy as a pharmacy technician
- Flexible personal schedule (not good to go for long periods completely "off the grid")
- Wil! lingness to work with Clients, Job Candidates and Company staff on most days of the week
