DUTIES

The COO will partner with her/his peers-the chief financial officer and the directors of human resources, information technology, quality improvement, and corporate communications-while also being responsible for all organizing, day-to-day operations, pharmaceutical care, clinical services, and personnel management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Person must have a proven track record of running a pharmacy company specific to the Nursing Home Industry.

The qualified candidate would have an advanced degree in Pharmacy and an MBA, MPH or other comparable Master's degree, with 10-15 years related experience, preferably in a nursing home or related industry.

• Being a Pharmacist is a plus.

The company! will also look at someone who is a Regional Director of Operations that wants to move up to the next step. The COO will partner with her/his peers-the chief financial officer and the directors of human resources, information technology, quality improvement, and corporate communications-while also being responsible for all organizing, day-to-day operations, pharmaceutical care, clinical services, and personnel management.
