More details about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. As Director, you will be responsible for end to end oversight of Humana’s MTM programs.
You analyze work and work processes as the basis f! or streamlining organizational structure, reducing costs, and improving overall functional productivity; aligning organizational resources around the core strategy; use appropriate tools to streamline and/or consolidate management.
You understand the businesses, industry, and industry trends and use that knowledge to recommend effective solutions. Lead and/or support collaborative business partnerships, elicit client understanding and insight to advise and make recommendations. Clarify scope of work commitments and deliverables, and define measurable success criteria to monitor progress toward goals.

Qualifications

Clinical background (medical doctor, pharmacist, nurse)
·

Develop end-to-end processes and optimizes existing ones to accommodate specific goals

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project, Excel, Access and Visio

10 years of service in a healthcare of clinical setting
