Requirements:
This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintenance of pharmacy's clinical ! prgram in order to improve patient outcomes and ensure safe cost effective drug therapy.
This position is also responsible for participation in the appropriate hospital committees and for the clinical education and orientation of the professional staff.
Required:
Pharm D. Post Pharmacy D Clinical Residency. 3-5 years practice in clinical setting is required.
Pharmacist's license to practice in the State of Kentucky .
Skills:
Pharmaceutical skills and organizational skills.
