About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for Controlling Multi-Countries Supply Chain to support and improve the recent implementation of the multi countries supply chain controlling model.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your comprehensive understanding of supply chain management and financial principles, you will play a pivotal role as the Supply Chain Finance Controller.
You will be entrusted with the task of overseeing the financial aspects of our supply chain operations, ensuring that cost management is efficient, budgets are adhered to, and financial analysis is conducted to optimize our supply chain processes. Your expertise will be essential in providing financial guidance to enhance the overall supply chain operations.
In this dynamic role, you will proactively collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Region CFO, Region Commercial Controlling, Region Supply Chain Manager, Local Finance, and Local Supply Chain Managers, fostering strong relationships with Area Operations Controlling to ensure alignment and synergy. Your ability to collaborate across departments, align financial goals with supply chain objectives, and analyze forecasts will contribute to our success. You will establish annual budgets and forecasts, all while adhering to the Group's guidelines. Your involvement in preparing the 3-year Business Plan, with a focus on local efficiency projects, will be instrumental.
Your main responsibilities will encompass a broad range of financial activities. You will monitor and analyze actual costs related to commercial and industrial supply chain components such as transport and warehousing. Your keen eye will identify risks and opportunities related to cost fluctuations over time.
You will also provide support to local teams in defining stock value budgets and forecasts, conducting monthly stock checks, and explaining any deviations from previously forecasted stock levels. Ensuring the compliance of industrial supply chain expenditures with the annual budget will be part of your role, involving monthly tracking of cash against the original plan.
As the guardian of financial compliance and risk management within the supply chain function, you will make sure our operations adhere to financial standards and Ferrero policies while identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with supply chain operations. Moreover, your insights will support Belgium, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Scandinavia, Balkans, Greece, Cyprus and Malta Regions CFO in better understanding top-line risks and opportunities, and your financial expertise will be integral to the decision-making process.
In your quest for continuous improvement and efficiency, you will implement best practices and standardize financial procedures, demonstrating your ability to coordinate projects related to finance and supply chain topics.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your master's degree in finance and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the controlling department or finance fields, you will be well-prepared for this role.
Your analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, and a positive, proactive mindset will serve as the driving force behind your success in our team. It will be essential for you to effectively communicate, collaborate, and maintain a results-oriented approach while working with stakeholders from various roles, functions, and levels.
Your experience with HFM, Essbase, or SAP will be highly valuable. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, will enable you to excel in your responsibilities and contribute effectively to our financial operations.
