Awesome! But what will my new role be?
As a TA Specialist you will play a central role in the recruitment of bright and dedicated colleagues to our HQ in Copenhagen, as well as international offices. From our HQ in Copenhagen you will work in close cooperation with local hiring managers in new and well established offices, ensuring that all future employees share our common culture and values.
Your tasks will especially include:
- Sparring and consulting with hiring managers on candidate processes
- Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment of international candidates
- Sourcing relevant candidates for our global offices
- Conducting introduction interviews with a lot of different candidates
- Ensure a continuous talent pipeline, in cooperation with a researcher

We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education, and previous experience with recruiting specialists and consultants. As you will primarily focus on finding talented colleagues for our various offices, we expect you to be able to clearly communicate in English.
