Humana is seeking a Quality Data! Analyst and Access Database Expert. You will:

Build quality tracking Access databases as well as provide continued updates and maintenance.
·
Build user-friendly and agile reporting tools for our internal customers.
·
Provide analysis of quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
·
Supply review data to specialists and pharmacist review teams.
·
Weekly, monthly, quarterly defect reports and scorecards for internal customers.
·
Collaborate with Quality Process Analyst to identify efficiency opportunities for internal customers and our quality team.

Qu! alifications
Role Essentials
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
Prior pharmacy experience
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to build and maintain Access databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relationship building skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytic skills
Role Desirables
Familiarity with Humana’s operating systems
Ability to work on multiple projects
Ability to successfully handle change in a fast paced environment
