Our service model reaches into all I/DD settings throughout each of the states that we currently serve, particularly serving individuals who reside in foster care, assisting living, skilled pediatric, group home, host home, supported-living, waiver home, and ICF/MR Facility settings. Our clinical expertise also provides value added support to staff serving consumers with diagnoses such as! I/DD, acquired brain injury, Down Syndrome, dementia, cerebra! l palsy, autism or Alzheimers disease, among others

This position requires approximately 80% travel
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required. Advanced Degree Preferred.
Must be a Pharmacist.
Must be able to travel extensively.
4-7 years pharmacy experience preferred.
5-10 years of progressive management experience.
Must be able to attain pharmacist license i! n GA, VA, IL, KY, TX, KS, LA, CA.
Ability to develop, implement and! lead all aspects of pharmacy operation.
