Essential Functions:
Cul! tivates and maintains on-going chain customer relationships at! all levels of the organization to ensure retention of strategic chain clients by implementing specific cross-functional strategies that assure that chain customer deliverables are met or exceeded.
*Works collaboratively with chain customers and key PharMerica management to successfully implement chain customer and PharMerica initiatives, new facility start-ups and transitions. Customer interaction is focused at the facility/regional/pharmacy-level, but may require Executive Management level by the SAM.
*Responsible for routinely meeting with and communicating to chain customers to access service levels, to determine overall customer satisfaction with PharMerica, to strategize on cost-management programs and effectively solicit customer feedback. Coordinates intervention and generates innovative approaches and solutions to business issues in a cross-functional manner. Works with chain clients and PharMerica management to develop and maintain client business p! lans.
*Works with Vice President of Strategic Clients, SVP of Sales and Client Management, and others to develop and implement internal corporate customer initiatives for our strategic chain customers.
*Works with PharMerica associates at all levels to develop and implements internal corporate initiatives that assure core process success, regulatory compliance and fiscal stability of account.
*Works with chain customer management to identify and capture new business opportunities through implementation of growth strategies within client base. Communicates with the customer key management team in developing and negotiating customer service levels and ensuring that PharMerica is maintaining its commitment on deliverables.
*Takes lead role in assuring PharMerica operational and clinical updates are proactively communicated and insure that customers have opportunities to provide input prior to implementation, and document customer activity in SalesForce.com ! in a timely manner
*Works with the Vice President of Strategic Cli! ents to collaboratively assess client relationship health by utilizing Miller-Heimann Large Account Management Process (LAMP) and tools. Considered the document âownerâ of the gold sheet project plan, filled out quarterly and monitored frequently. Responsible for project management and implementation of strategies identified and developed through LAMP process.
Q ualifications:
Required: Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent experience in LTC, or professional healthcare experience.
1-2 years chain customer service experience
Prefer someone with sales experience; customer support role in a healthcare setting, LTC operations and/or Clinical
Skills/Knowledge
Required: Basic computer skills, CRM management skills (preferably SalesForce.com), spread sheet analytics.
Ideal candidate would have understanding of price and impact on profitability. Understanding of accounts receivable trends and days sales outstanding. Pr! evious experience with Miller-Heimann Large Account Management Process (LAMP)
Customer Service Orientation, Adaptability, Sales Process Methods, Product/Service Knowledge, Oral and Written Communication, Planning/Organizing, Strong Work Ethic, Detail Oriented and Ability to Travel.
Licenses/certifications relating to the LTC field (administrator, nurse, pharmacist, dietician, etc helpful.
