YOUR TEAM & ROLE
You will join Team Customer Portal – a close-knit and ambitious team of developers, specialists and analysts, working with our customer portal. Our environment is agile, and we always look for new ways of creating value, while continually improving our existing solutions.
As our Communication Student Worker, you will focus on onboarding and supporting our markets when it comes to the use of the customer portal towards our customers. You will be aiding our team in making great and understandable communication. Serving as a sparring partner to TECH, you will be providing feedback on how to communicate and when.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Onboarding materials and guides
- Branding and internal communication
- Copywriting
- Supporting the onboarding of our markets
- Testing solutions and training of stakeholders
- Writing user stories to developers.

YOUR PROFILE
You will be collaborating with people both inside and outside TECH, so it is key that you thrive in an outgoing role that requires you to “meet” our users where they are at and make an effort of understanding their perceptions, issues etc. You have strong communication skills and know how to bridge the gap between TECH and our end users. Finally, you do not shy away from challenging “As Is” – we are all ears for suggestions for improvement, and we hope that you will bring new perspectives into our team.
We are looking for someone, who:
- is enrolled in a relevant education
- is fluent in English, spoken and written
- has great communication skills.
