Our company is seeking a Lawyer with excellent legal writing skills and a background in estates law. An ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- meet with clients to obtain instructions
- draft Wills and Powers of Attorney
- meet with clients to review and attend to execution of estate documents
- send reporting letter to clients
