Who you are:
To fulfill the function of preparing jobs with proper orders to go through production line in a manner that will result in the job to pass first time through, as per the customer’s demand.
What we're looking for
- Sort incoming customer orders and enter/edit orders based on proper priorities

Data entry into the DVI system all required information from work orders. (faxes, mail in, phone-in orders and test orders)- Archive and process redo, assigning the proper redo codes
- Edit jobs coming through online portal
- Supply ValuePak frames and take care of supplied frame warranties
- Transmit outsourced glass orders, specialty jobs, mirrors and 1.74 jobs to Japan/Germany
- Process problem trays coming from other departments
- Generate archive reports
- Record hourly processing numbers for Order Entry department
- Search for order back-up as required
- Flexibility to assume other duties as required
- Manage E-mail and Interoffice communication system
Who you are:
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word
- Must be able to accurately enter information into the DVI system
- Ability to process orders swiftly to avoid bottlenecks
- Ability to recognize missing or invalid information on work orders
- Experience in Order Entry
- Experience in the optical industry
Education & Prerequisites:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Communicate & comprehend English
