Community Engagement Officer [United Kingdom]

 

Deep Knowledge Analytics, a subsidiary of the Deep Knowledge Group, is seeking a skilled and motivated Community Engagement Officer to join our team. We operate in the realm of DeepTech and Frontier Technologies (AI, Longevity, BioTech, Pharma, FinTech, GovTech, SpaceTech, FemTech, Data Science, InvestTech), with activities ranging from scientific research to investment, entrepreneurship, analytics, consulting, media, philanthropy, and more. This role is vital in fostering and maintaining relationships with our community members through effective management of groups and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and day-to-day management of multichannel campaigns across their lifecycle (setup, run, optimise, report, and analyse).

• Collaborating with other marketers for optimal amplification of digital content and brand.
• Develop, implement, and manage community engagement strategies.
• Manage online groups, ensuring active and engaged communities.
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English at the B2 level or higher
• A good understanding of full-funnel and multichannel marketing.
• Proven experience as a community manager or similar role.
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media management.
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of CRM/ marketing automation systems like HubSpot
