Adecco Medical & Science is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist I on behalf of one of Adecco Medical & Science’s top tier clients in the Louisville, KY area.
In this role you will review provider medication requests (prior authorization, step therapy, dispensing limit, tier exceptions, non-formulary, duplicate therapy, etc.) based on established Pharmacy policies and guidelines.
- Assist with network participation, care with specialty networks, providers and using your knowledge of pharmacy plan design.
- Identify potentially unnecessary services and care delivery settings, and recommend alternatives if appropriate by analyzing clinical protocols.
- Examine clinical programs information to identify members for specific case management and / or disease management activities or interventions by utilizing established screening criteria.
