Accu-flo Client Specialist Salary Range 33k-44k Date Created: 8/14/20128/8/20127/30/2012 Date Amended: Version: Original Title: Trainer Reports to: Senior Project Manager Location: Lou! isville, KY Purpose of the Role: Provide training and support to clients and AccuFlo support staff. Assist in the implementation of new pharmacies and facilities Work Times: This position is full-time. Travel requirements will fluctuate from 0 days per month to up to 20 days per month. Occasional weekends and holidays may be required. Key Relationships: Will work closely with the project managers and support desk staff. Will interact with a variety of clients on-site; including, owners of pharmacies, long term care administrators, pharmacists, order entry technicians, nurses and medication aides. Role Requirements To be able to successfully perform this role it is expected that you should possess or be able to - Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft word. Experience with Microsoft excel, publisher and power point. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to instil confidence in others and generate enthusiasm. Knowled! ge Demonstrate an understanding of Accu-flo application. Quali! fications / Experience Computer experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience designing, developing and implementing training programs. Project management experience preferred. Associate's degree or higher preferred. Key Activities Outcomes /Measures the person in the role should know they have performed if the following are achieved - Office Systems Develop and update user guides and training material for clients. Develop and update training material for Creative Strategies staff. Review and evaluate application ! changes. Notify staff and clients of changes. Analyze information in the Client Resource Management system to improve processes and increase client satisfaction. Accounts Conduct training courses for clients and staff. Training may be via webinar or in person. Work with business partners in developing self-learning and marketing tools. Assist clients in determining optimal training environment to meet their learning needs. Assist the project managers in the implementation process; this includes but is not limited to, order checking, protocol entry, entering users, assigning rooms, setting up facility configuration. Manage implementation of new pharmacies and facilities. Provide on-site support during implementations; this includes, providing formal and just-in-time training, trouble-shooting issues, facilitating issue resolution, and summarizing the experience in writing for the facility, pharmacy, and project manager. Provide follow-up on implementations; this includes, wo! rking with Support to assure all issues are resolved in a timely manner! and keeping the client informed of resolution progress. Analyze clients' use of Accu-flo and initiate contact with clients to assist them in getting the maximum benefit of Accu-flo. Assist the client in submitting Requests for Enhancements. Continually explore methods and techniques that improve the quality of learning solutions as well as increased efficiency in the learning process. Conduct client webinars for major application changes. Receive satisfactory client evaluations. Clients Satisfactory client evaluations at time of training. Satisfactory client evaluations one month after training. Events Organizing Make own travel arrangements considering the expense to the client. Schedule webinars with clients for major application changes. Assist the client in determining need for follow-up on-site visit and agenda for same. Schedule and conduct follow-up visit for facility per contract. Projects Client evaluations given to project manager within one week of classes. Outs! tanding issues from on-site training submitted to project manager within one week of site visit. Document post go-live communications with client and share with project manager. Meet with project manager at least monthly to follow-up on outstanding issues. Document all follow-up communication with facility and file on client portal or internal shared drive as appropriate. Staff Supervision None Marketing Planning Offers suggestions for enhancing the image of Creative Strategies. Maintain the positive image of Creative Strategies through professional, responsive service. Coaches Coaching Assist support staff in investigating / resolving issues as requested. Human Resources Is available to travel on short notice. Submit summary of activities each week. Submit expenses within 3 days of client visit. Housekeeping Maintain a clean work area. Clean up after self in kitchen area. Compliance Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Maintain client confidentiality at all times! .
