Summary: •Provides clinical pharmacy services throughout the hospital•Assists in staffing surgery satellite and central pharmacy in distribution areas as needed•Executes all tasks and ! behaves in a manner consistent with a culture of safety and a high reliability organization; behavior supports the organization's core commitments of Integrity, Service, Respect, Teamwork, Excellence, and InnovationJob Responsibilities: •Manages drug therapy protocols as a part of an interdisciplinary team•Reviews, interprets and evaluates medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential or actual drug-related problems•Provides drug information and education to medical staff and patients•Documents interventions and their outcomes for use in drug therapy quality improvement efforts
