Location: Paducah Kentucky

Description: Kroger Delta is currently interviewing Pharmacist right now, this position will be placed in Kentucky. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please read the description below. Job Description:

• provide drug information to the patient or patients agent (patient counseling)
• transfer prescriptions between pharmacies
• interpret patient profiles and perform drug use reviews
• receive oral prescription drug orders and reducing these to hard copy either manually or

electronically

• interpret and evaluate prescription drug orders
• selection of drug products (brand vs. generic)
• asking questions of a patient or care giver which are intended to limit or screen the

interaction with the pharmacist

• ! perform the final check of the dispensed product before delive! ry to the patient and
• selling exempt Schedule V Controlled Substances
• Check (verify) prescriptions
• Supervise support personnel
