Location: Paducah Kentucky

Description: Kroger Delta is at the momment seeking for Pharmacist right now, this position will be placed in Kentucky. For detail informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Job Description:

• provide drug information to the patient or patients agent (patient counseling)
• transfer prescriptions between pharmacies
• interpret patient profiles and perform drug use reviews
• receive oral prescription drug orders and reducing these to hard copy either manually or

electronically

• interpret and evaluate prescription drug orders
• selection of drug products (brand vs. generic)
• asking questions of a patient or care giver which are intended to limit or screen the

interaction with the pharmacist

• perform the final check of the dispensed product befo! re delivery to the patient and
• selling exempt Schedule V Controlled Substances
• Check (verify) prescriptions
• Supervise support personnel
