Location: Paducah Kentucky

Description: Kroger Delta is in need of Pharmacist right now, this position will be placed in Kentucky. More details about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Job Description:

• provide drug information to the patient or patient's agent (patient counseling)
• transfer prescriptions between pharmacies
• interpret patient profiles and perform drug use reviews
• receive oral prescription drug orders and reducing these to hard copy either manually or

electronically

• interpret and evaluate prescription drug orders
• selection of drug products (brand vs. generic)
• asking questions of a patient or care giver which are intended to limit or screen the

interaction with the pharmacist

• perform the final check of the d! ispensed product before delivery to the patient and
• s! elling exempt Schedule V Controlled Substances
• Check (verify) prescriptions
• Supervise support personnel
