Description: Kroger Delta is currently seeking to employ Pharmacist right now, this vacancy will be placed in Kentucky. For complete informations about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. Job Description:

• provide drug information to the patient or patient's agent (patient counseling)
• transfer prescriptions between pharmacies
• interpret patient profiles and perform drug use reviews
• receive oral prescription drug orders and reducing these to hard copy either manually or

electronically

• interpret and evaluate prescription drug orders
• selection of drug products (brand vs. generic)
• asking questions of a patient or care giver which are intended to limit or screen the

interaction with the pharmacist!

• perform the final check of the dispensed pr! oduct before delivery to the patient and
• selling exempt Schedule V Controlled Substances
• Check (verify) prescriptions
• Supervise support personnel
